This company is shipping a different chair than the one they are selling shown in the picture. The chair they sent me is much simpler and cheaper than the one pictured. It also arrived with a minor out-of-box quality defect (one of the supports for the footrest had a failed stitch which I had to repair to be able to use the chair). I worked with their customer service department, and they finally informed me that the chair I was sent is the only chair they stock for sale. They continue to misrepresent their product and mislead the public. My overall experience with this company and the product they sent me SUCKS!!
