The Flexi Basket is probably the best purchase I've made all year. The Flexi Basket has a strong light weight frame with reinforced plastic weave sewn in between the base layers of nylon. I've gotten a full basket of food (produce, meat, etc.) along with two twelve packs of soda balanced across the top. There was no bowing or bending in the frame. Fantastic! If you're shopping for one or two, you'll have no trouble getting all your goods in one basket (if you're stocking up on paper towels or feeding a family of four you may still need a cart). But the advantages go beyond grocery shopping. The Flexi Basket is great for picnics or packing a lunch and snacks for the office. It's a very convenient container for my lunch, some fresh fruit and other snacks, water bottle, and the morning paper. Throw in a few freezer packs, and you can avoid the mold infested office refrigerator. Last but not least, the Flexi Basket is a great conversation starter. I always get one or two comments at the grocery store. Overall, the Flexi Basket is stylish, sturdy, and functional. But I do have one criticism. The carry handles are held together by a black nylon and Velcro band. The Velcro is strong, but the nylon band is not fixed to the center of the handle. Thus, with a heavy load, it tends to slip and slide to either end. This can make the basket a little unstable (especially when you have two 12 packs of soda balanced on top). Anchoring the strap to he center of the handle would solve this problem.Flexi Basket.
