Chairs are sturdy, attractive & easily foldable. I would, however, have preferred the back to be a little higher - so I could rest my head against the chair - hence, the reason, I gave it a 4 (instead of 5) rating. Worth special mention is the seller's (Hilltop RV)customer-oriented approach to resolving problems. One of my chairs arrived with a missing bolt. Once I notified the seller, he was immediately ready to send me another chair. When I indicated I would really just prefer to get the missing piece, he went back to the original distributors - & I was able to avoid having to return the chair I had received. During the "waiting process", seller was very proactive in keeping me up to date, and requesting I advise him if I had any problems.
