I got this for a Christmas present and it's great. I'm 6'6" and 300lbs and I love it. The chair is big, heavy, very strong, and very stable. It's not too heavy to take to the beach but it's definitely not light either. It's in a different league from your normal beach/camping chair. If you're a big person and want a chair you can use with confidence this is the one. I expect to be able to use it for years.
