At first glance, this was the perfect chair. The black trim and legs are classier than the white of other chairs and it is sooo comfortable. The mesh back was a nice feature until it started unraveling--on both chairs I had just bought! I just wanted to exchange the chairs but since both are defective, and I have to pay for return shipping, I'm going to look for something else.
